Advance Booking and Documentation Requirement

Minimum booking confirmation must be made at least 45 days in advance so that we can apply for permission from the Tourism Department. The required documents must be submitted one month in advance, along with the details of all participants. After submission, we receive official permission to operate rafting expedition trips in Uttarakhand and across India.

Early booking also provides us with sufficient time to make proper preparations for your trip. Therefore, we kindly recommend confirming your booking at least 45 days in advance to ensure smooth planning and availability.

To confirm your booking, we require a 30% advance payment along with the following participant details:

1. Full name of each participant
2. Country name of each participant
3. Age of participants
4. Weight of participants
5. Valid ID proof:Aadhaar Card (for Indian participants)
6. Passport and valid visa details (for international participants)

Providing complete and accurate details on time will help us process permissions smoothly and ensure proper safety planning for your rafting expedition.
