TERMS & CONDITIONS:-

• All payments should be cleared before trip Departure
• For kids we organize shorts safe raft trips
• Fill up the liability weaver before depart to you adventure trip
• All bookings are strictly subject to availability and confirmation by payment in advance.
• All our packages are ‘group packages’ and same services items are applicable for each person in the group.
• In case of reduction in the number of persons, the total package cost will remain the same. Minimum billing must be done as per the minimum guarantee given by the group.
• We reserve the right to alter or cancel any trip depending upon the prevailing condition

GENERAL NOTIFICATIONS:-

• You are on the outdoor adventure trip not in a hotel/resort. The whole idea of this trip is to give you an experience of camping in the outdoors.
•  If you are looking for excessive comforts you are at the wrong place.
• There’s no electricity in at camp during trek Candle/Kerosene Lanterns are used for lighting in the Nights. Mobiles cannot be charged at Camp
• We will provide Indian food & fruits on the trip
• Timings is very important to us be punctual with timing
• This is an adventure trip not a luxury trip. Participants must be willing to rough it out.
• You must not carry any valuables/expensive items to the trip. Management will not be responsible
• You must be fit to carry your Sleeping bag, Mat water bottle & lunch packet.
• Only self-service during trip. No private service
• People with past history /ailment of heart, asthma, and epilepsy are not recommended
• Participants should be fit for the this tour

CANELATION POLICY: 

In case of cancellation, following cancellation charges shall be applicable:-

• 30 days & more 20% cancellation charges.
• 16-30 days: – 25 % cancellation charges of total amount.
• 7-15 days: – 100% cancellation charges, No refund.

• Toilet ring alone in the night without a torch light.
• Do not destroy any plant or tree during the trip

PLEASE NOTE: 

• All members are requested to bring only essential. Traveling very light is essential.
• We provide Indian/Chinese food on the trip
• If you are allergic with any kind of food let us know in advance We will plan accordingly
• If you have any medical problems do not hesitated to share with us in advance
• After booking send us your Aadhar, passport copy

 Important Information:

• Accommodation will be on Double OR Triple Occupancy basis.
• Smoking not allowed inside the Tent, as it might be dangerous hence advised to avoid such situations.
• Food will be served in Buffet system in our Dining area, no room service available.
• Only 3 Meals a day + Tea & Coffee (Morning + Evening) + Snacks are provided within the Package (depending upon check-in time).
• Guests to present valid photo identification upon check-in.
• Company shall not be responsible for miscellaneous expenses of any individual.
• Damage to any asset on the property by any individual during the trip will be borne by the individual with 100% cost of the asset.
• No alteration in the trip schedules on individual request shall be considered in any condition.
• Any issues during the trip shall be raised to White World Expeditions in person OR over an email for better resolution of the issue.
• Any obligation is subject to Uttarakhand Jurisdiction.
• Company will have full rights to make changes (if required) in the trip without any prior notice.
• 100% payment to be done before check-in OR trip start.
• Kids below 16 years will not be allowed on Rafting.
• Refund policy is applicable as per White World Expeditions’s website OR below mentioned.
• Rafting shall not be permitted if (Liability form not signed by an individual) severe medical conditions like (Asthma, Heart disease etc.) In case of negative physical fitness, and under the influence of any intoxicant.
• 50% Advance payment of the total Package cost is Mandatory in order to confirm the booking with White World Expeditions. 
• We suggest/advise/recommend you to travel with light baggage, in order to keep easy movements 
• On the occurrence of Natural Hazards OR Calamities, during the trip no refund will be provided, however the alternate activities may be offered by the company as per the availability and permission (if required). 
• All our trips are run with Safety kayaker for safety purpose.
• We provide Dry bags on the each raft trip for your valuable thing
• For online booking must show your booking voucher at office before departure
• After booking you will receive booking confirmation voucher with detailed information

• Package itinerary and cost are subject to change as per company’s discretion without any prior notice
• Wet suits will be provided for winter slots (Nov to Feb) 
• Drinking Water (You shall carry your own water bottle) on the trip
• Gopro /Photos (Though you can arrange them from your rafting guide at the mutual negotiated price)
• Kindly share your Body size with us in advance that we can keep your size wet suite for the rafting trip  
• Max weight limit for rafting is 100 Kg.
• Minimum weight should be 30 Kg.

• After booking share you valid ID with us 
• Bring you’re a pair of changing clothes to change on the trip.
• Flip flops, Booties, Tennis shoes or river sandal is good to the rafting
• You should be for medically & physically for rafting trip
