TERMS & CONDITIONS:-

• Fill up the liability weaver before trip start
• All bookings are strictly subject to availability and confirmation by payment in advance.
• All our packages are group packages & same services items are applicable for each person in the group.
• In case of reduction in the number of persons, the total package cost will remain the same.
• Minimum billing must be done as per the minimum guarantee given by the group.
• We reserve the right to alter or cancel any trip depending upon the prevailing condition

GENERAL NOTIFICATIONS:-

• You are on the outdoor adventure trip not in a hotel/resort
• The whole idea of this trip is to give you an experience of camping in the outdoors
•  If you are looking for excessive comforts you are at the wrong place
• No electricity in at camp during trek Candle used for lighting in the Nights.
• We will provide Indian food on the trip
• Timings is very important to us be punctual with time
• You must not carry any expensive items to the trip. Management will not be responsible
• People with past history /ailment of heart, asthma, and epilepsy are not recommended
• Participants should be fit for the trip

CANCELLATION POLICY: 

• 30 days & more 20% cancellation charges.
• 16-30 days: – 25 % cancellation charges of total amount.
• 7-15 days: – 100% cancellation charges, No refund.

• All members are requested to bring only essential
• We provide Indian food on the trip
• If you are allergic with any kind of food let us know in advance
• If you have any medical problems do not hesitated to share with us in advance

 Important Information:

• Accommodation will be on Double Occupancy basis.
• Smoking not allowed inside the Tent
• Food will be served in Buffet system in our Dining area
• 3 Meals a day + Tea+ Snacks are provided within the Package 
• Guests to present valid photo identification upon check-in.
• Company shall not be responsible for miscellaneous expenses of any individual.
• 100% payment to be done before check-in OR trip start.
• Kids below 16 years will not be allowed on Rafting.
• Refund policy is applicable as per White World Expeditions
• Rafting shall not be permitted if (Liability form not signed by an individual) severe medical conditions like (Asthma, Heart disease etc.) In case of negative physical fitness, and under the influence of any intoxicant.
• 50% Advance payment of the total Package cost is Mandatory in order to confirm the booking at WWE. 
• We recommend you to travel with light baggage, in order to keep easy movements 
• On the occurrence of Natural Hazards OR Calamities, during the trip no refund will be provided, however the alternate activities may be offered by the company as per the availability and permission  
• All our trips are run with Safety kayaker for safety purpose.
• We provide Dry bags on each raft trip for your valuable thing
• After booking you will receive booking confirmation voucher
• Our Meeting place is White World Expeditions
• Wet suits will be provided for winter slots (Nov to Feb) 
• We provide Water on the trip
• Gopro /Photos (Though you can arrange them from your rafting guide at the mutual negotiated price)
• Kindly share your Body size with us in advance that we can keep your size wet suite for the rafting trip  
• Max weight limit for rafting is 100 Kg.
• Minimum weight should be 30 Kg.

• After booking share you valid ID with us 
• Bring a pair of changing clothes to change on the trip.
• Flip flops, Booties, Tennis shoes or river sandal is good to the rafting
