1. Booking and Confirmation: a. To confirm your reservation, a deposit is required, the amount of which may vary depending on the specific trip. The balance payment is due before the start of your adventure. b. Once the deposit is received, we will send you a booking confirmation along with details of your itinerary. Please review this information carefully and inform us immediately of any discrepancies.
2. Cancellation and Refunds: a. In the event you need to cancel your trip, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. If White World Expeditions cancels a trip due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer you an alternative trip or a full refund, depending on your preference.
3. Participant Requirements: a. Participants must be of good health and physical condition to undertake the activities offered. Please notify us of any medical conditions or special dietary requirements during the booking process. b. You are required to follow the instructions of our guides and staff at all times to ensure your safety during the adventure.
4. Equipment and Gear: a. We will provide you with the necessary equipment and gear for rafting, camping, trekking and other adventure activities. Please take care of the provided equipment and return it in good condition at the end of your adventure. b. Any loss or damage to the equipment due to negligence or intentional actions may result in additional charges.
5. Safety and Risks: a. Adventure activities involve inherent risks, and while we take all necessary precautions, unforeseen circumstances may arise. By participating, you acknowledge and accept these risks. b. White World Expeditions reserves the right to modify or cancel any part of the adventure for safety reasons or due to external factors such as weather conditions.
6. Travel Insurance: a. It is strongly recommended that all participants have comprehensive travel insurance to cover trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and personal belongings. b. White World Expeditions is not responsible for any costs incurred due to unforeseen circumstances.
7. Liability Waiver: a. All participants will be required to sign a liability waiver before the start of the adventure. This waiver releases White World Expeditions from any liability for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property.
