2 Night 3 Days Camping in Rishikesh

Day 01: Welcome drink on arrival (Rhododendron juice, Water) 

Lunch: Plain rice, Yellow Daal, Chapati, Mix Veg, Pickles, Raita, Allo Jeera, Green Salad

Morning & Evening: Tea with Cookies

Snacks: Papad, Aloo Chat, Peanut Masala (Veg Snacks) Or Soup with Popcorn/Papad

Dinner: 1 Seasonal Veg, 1 Non- Veg dish, 1 Paneer Dish, Plain Rice, Seasonal Dal, Chapati, Salad, Desert

Day 02: Breakfast- Parantha, Butter Toast, Omelet, Curd, Jam, Pickle & Chai.

 Food time at Camp WWE

Breakfast : 8:00 AM – 09:30 AM

Lunch       : 1:00 PM – 02:30 PM

Dinner     : 9:00 PM – 10:30 PM

BBQ:  Barbecue can be arranged on additional cost of INR 600/- Per person (2Veg & 2Non Veg) Min person required is 8 People.

Covid-19 Guideline:

• Guest should follow all the COVID-19 guidelines as per Govt. advisory

 Important Information:

• Accommodation will be Double OR Triple Occupancy
• Smoking not allowed inside the Tent, as it might be dangerous.
• Food will be served in Buffet system in our Dining area, no room service available.
• Only 3 Meals + Tea (Morning + Evening) + Snacks are provided within the Package

Any meal apart from meals in package will be charged as per below

• Breakfast  –   300/- Per Person (Veg Only)
• Lunch        – 300/- Per Person (Veg Only)
• Dinner       – 350/- Per Person (Veg + 1 Non-Veg)
• Snacks       – 250/- Per Person (Veg Only)

 Please Note

• Extra bed will be chargeable, which is 500/each bed
• Check-in time is 12:00 Noon and check-out time is 11:00 AM
• It is mandatory for guests to present valid Photo Identification upon check-in.
• Company shall not be responsible for miscellaneous expenses of any individual.
• Damage to any asset on the property by any individual during the trip will be borne by the individual with 100% cost of the asset.
• No alteration in the trip schedules on individual request shall be considered in any condition.
• Any issues during the trip shall be raised to WWE in person OR over an email for better resolution of the issue.
• Any obligation is subject to Uttarakhand Jurisdiction.
• Company will have full rights to make changes (if required) in the trip without any prior notice.
• 100% payment to be done before check-in OR trip start.
• Kids below 6 Years are complementary in the Camp package (Parent’s Bed).
• Kids between 6-12 years half cost OR 50% of the Camp package will be charged, no separate room will be allocated (With Sharing Bed)
• Refund policy is applicable as per White World Expeditions website OR below mentioned.
• There is 15 mins Walk to Camp from the road location, which is a good hike to keep you fit.
• 50% Advance payment of the total Package cost is Mandatory in order to confirm the booking at WWE
• We do not have parking place at the location you will be parking your vehicle by the road  
• We advise you to travel with light baggage, in order to keep easy movements around during trip.
• On the occurrence of Natural Hazards OR Calamities, during the trip no refund will be provided
• 6 Meals is provided within this package  Which is from day one lunch to day three breakfast.
• In order to avail the lunch on Check-in day, Check-in time must be before 1-2:30 PM in the camp
• Humbly request you to not allowed to smoke inside the camp
• Request you all keep location clean & green
