Can I Bring My Camera or Video Camera? 

We do not recommend bringing expensive cameras or video equipment on the river due to the risk of damage or loss.

  • You can view and purchase photos after your trip.

Do You Use GoPro on the River? 

Yes, GoPro videos are available.

  • Your rafting trip can be recorded using a GoPro camera.
  • Videos can be purchased from your raft guide after the trip.
  • This service is available at an additional cost.

How Fit Should I Be to Go Rafting? 

You should be physically and mentally fit for rafting.

Rafting is a team activity where:

  • Guests paddle together to move the raft.
  • Guides give commands to help maneuver safely.
  • Some paddling may feel tiring, but no extreme fitness is required.

You must:

  • Be reasonably healthy
  • Be able to wear the life jacket properly

I Am a First-Timer — Can I Go Rafting? 

Yes! First-timers are welcome.

These are perfect for beginners who want to experience rafting safely.


I Am a Senior Citizen — Can I Go Rafting?

Is Any Physical Preparation Required? 

No special training is required.

However, rafting is not recommended for individuals with:

  • Serious heart conditions
  • Epilepsy
  • Severe medical issues
  • Pregnancy

Participants should be medically fit.


Is Rafting Safe? 

Yes, rafting is considered safe when proper safety procedures are followed.

Is Winter a Good Time for Rafting?

What Equipment Will Be Used?

What Should I Wear on the River?

Which Trips Are Best for Me?

What Should I Do If I Fall into the River? 

Stay calm and follow this position:

  • Keep your feet pointing downstream
  • Keep your head above water
  • Close your mouth while entering water
  • Take a deep breath once you float
  • Listen carefully to your guide

This is called the whitewater swimming position.


What Happens If the Boat Flips? 

Your guide will explain safety procedures before the trip.

If a flip occurs:

  • Stay calm
  • Follow guide instructions
  • Safety kayakers assist immediately
